A contemplative portrayal of identity and possession, this work blends geometric abstraction with delicate figuration, echoing the tensions between self-protection and self-revelation. Inspired by the artist’s personal poem, the composition evokes the image of a figure cloaked in a voluminous, fragmented coat — a metaphor for the stories we tell ourselves, stitched together from memory, illusion, and longing. The structured palette and patterns borrow from the spirit of Bauhaus, yet the emotional undertone and rawness tilt it toward a modern surrealism.
