  • How do I make a payment? You will receive instructions on where and how to pay when you have completed your order. We provide payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, E-banking, and other methods.
  • How long does it take to receive my order? We will ship your order within 7-14* business days. We need time to process, framing, and carefully inspect each work of art with care.
  • Do you ship internationally? NO – Currently we do not accept international shipments, we will provide an update if we are able to make international shipments.
  • Can I track my order? YES – you will be given a tracking number in your confirmation email or you can check your Order Status from your Account page or Order Tracking page.
  • Can I refund my order? YES – Please do an unboxing video when you receive your artwork and send it to halo@meramu.id .For more details you can open our “Return & Refund” policy page.

  • Can I cancel my order? NO- you cannot cancel a confirmed order.
  • Do you offer an online gift wrapping service? Unfortunately, we do not cater gift wrapping services for orders made on our website. If you need a greeting card, you can make a special request by contacting our email or the telephone number provided.
  • Can I buy your products during weekends? Our online is open 24/7 but orders made during weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and public holidays will be shipped in the next notified business day.
  • Do I need an account to purchase a product? No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order but we do recommend you to make one as well as subscribe to our newsletters where you can be granted direct access to all of our newest arrivals and special promotions.
