REFUNDS
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You have 10 calendar days to refund an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- Please record an unboxing video (with a clear, 360 degree angle) the first time you unbox it. The unboxing video should show the damaged parts and packing slip existing outside of the package.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Email us the unboxing video and picture of the products with your receipt or proof of purchase to halo@meramu.id with subject “REQUEST REFUND” no more than 10 days from the received date. Then us the product that you want to refund to:
