Can I ship between countries?
Certainly, but there will be a conversion of the product’s selling value, and confirmation is needed via email at Halo@meramu.id
When will the order be shipped?
Shipments are made in the afternoon every Monday to Friday on business days. If you settle the bill on a businessday after 3:00 PM, your package will be included in the next business day’s shipment.
For pre-ordered items, delivery will be made within 7-14 working days from the confirmation of the items bymeramu.id
When and where can the shipping receipt number be viewed?
You can view the receipt number in the email you received when your order status changed to ‘Shipped.’
What if the purchased product has not been received but the order status is already marked as delivered?
Please contact the shipping service and make sure the receipt number is ready. If there is no feedback, you cancontact us at Halo@meramu.id.
What if the received package does not match (product/size/quantity) the billing recap received?
If the received package does not match the purchase invoice, the product can be exchanged/returned within a 3-day complaint period after receiving the product. Shipping costs will be covered by us. The steps to be taken are:
- Please record a video of the unboxing (with a clear 360-degree angle) when first unboxing. The unboxing videomust show the damaged parts and the packaging slip outside the package.
- Confirm with the admin.
- Resend the mismatched product to the address meramu.id.
The replacement product will be sent when we have received and checked the product to be exchanged. Theproduct will be shipped together with the return shipping cost incurred for returning the product.
Is a refund applicable for purchased items?
A refund is only applicable if the mistake is caused by Meramu.id, or replacement products for incorrect items areout of stock. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costsare nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Email us the unboxing video and picture of the products with your receipt or proof of purchase to halo@meramu.id with subject “REQUEST REFUND” no more than 3 days from the received date. Then usthe product that you want to refund to our warehouse.
